Biography

Building the revenue engine that brings AI to financial institutions

Kevin Lewis is the Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Spring Labs, where he oversees the company's commercial operations, go-to-market strategy, and growth across the financial services sector. Kevin brings extensive experience building and scaling revenue functions for B2B technology companies serving banks, credit unions, fintech lenders, and BaaS platforms.

Throughout his career, Kevin has developed deep expertise in enterprise sales, customer success, and building partnerships with large financial institutions. He specializes in helping technology companies bridge the gap between technical capability and institutional adoption — translating complex AI capabilities into the operational and compliance language that resonates with the compliance officers, operations leaders, and CX teams who ultimately deploy these tools.

At Spring Labs, Kevin leads the commercial organization responsible for bringing the company's AI agent platform to financial institutions of all sizes and types — from sponsor banks navigating BaaS compliance obligations to large consumer lenders managing high complaint volumes to fintech lenders scaling their QA and operations functions. His team works directly with customers to ensure the platform delivers measurable, auditable outcomes and builds the trust required for deep institutional adoption.

Kevin works in close collaboration with the product and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback continuously shapes Spring Labs' roadmap — keeping the platform grounded in the operational realities of regulated financial services rather than theoretical AI use cases. He also partners with marketing to build Spring Labs' presence as a thought leader in AI-native compliance, a field where technical capability alone is rarely sufficient to earn institutional trust.

His work reflects a core conviction: that AI in financial services succeeds when the commercial team understands the regulatory and operational problems as deeply as the engineering team understands the technology. That conviction shapes every customer conversation, every partnership, and every go-to-market decision he makes at Spring Labs.
