It involves human analysts looking through dozens of trends to identify the most impactful ones, reading underlying text to form a hypothesis as to the root cause, and gathering more data to support that hypothesis. AI can analyze hundreds of thousands of conversations in minutes, and provide the same insights that would take a human analyst hours or days to gather.
DATA SELECTION
AI helpers can help select relevant or impactful trends from your dataset for a given time period. Generally these will be areas with the biggest changes, or new emerging trends not commonly seen from period to period.
SUPPORTING EVIDENCE
The AI helpers will then retrieve supporting data for these trends, such as changes in volumes, comparisons to similar complaints or similar time periods historically, and displays them in an easy to understand way using a combination of raw numbers as well as charts and graphs.
SUMMARIZATION
Lastly, the automated reporting tool reviews customer conversations related to these trends and creates a summarization of common issues, and common responses to these issues. These conversation summaries are used to construct a narrative explaining what went well or poorly, and how we can improve in the future.
CUSTOMIZABLE
Like everything else in the Zanko platform, automated reports are full customizable. You can direct the AI to certain types of statistics which you want to see more of or less of, and can even request specific changes to outputs such as putting charts and graphs on different axis or using different inputs.
